Beoflow

Frequently asked questions

What is Beoflow and who is it for?

Beoflow is a programming and athlete monitoring platform for coaches. You write the program; Beoflow reads your athletes' performance and recovery data overnight and turns it into adjustments you can send. Your athletes follow their sessions and see their own recovery and progress in the Beoflow app. It is built for sport where strength and endurance both matter.

Which devices connect to Beoflow?

Athletes connect their wearables through the Beoflow app: Apple Health, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Wahoo, Polar, Strava, Fitbit and Zwift. You can connect multiple devices and Beoflow will intelligently combine the data for comprehensive tracking.

What key metrics does Beoflow track?

Beoflow tracks seven core metrics: Resting Heart Rate (RHR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Respiratory Rate (RR), Load Ratio, Recovery Score, Adaptation Stimulus, and Recovery Capacity. These metrics work together to give you a complete picture of your training stress, recovery status, and readiness to perform.

How do I get started with Beoflow?

Coaches start a free trial at web.beoflow.com, with Flow included, and pick a plan when the trial ends. Add your athletes; they download the Beoflow app from the App Store or Google Play and connect their wearables. Historic data syncs along, so each athlete's baseline is in place within days.

Do you have an Android or web app?

Coaches work in the browser at web.beoflow.com, on any computer. The athlete app is available for iPhone and Android, from the App Store and Google Play.
